This is a well-known recipe for grown-ups that can also adapt to young palates. And besides, it is very easy to do.


  • For 2 desserts:
  • 1 ripe lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g caster sugar
  • 150 g of white cheese
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream.


Squeeze the lemon juice. Separate the whites from the egg yolks. Whip them in firm snow. Beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Stir in the cheese, lemon juice, cream and whites. Place an hour in the fridge and serve with biscuits.
