  • For 2 rolls:
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice of ham, uncooked
  • 2 portions of cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of guacamole


Remove the crust from the slices of bread. Using a rolling pin, flatten these as finely as possible.
Spread them with cheese. Place on each of them a slice of ham cut into the size of the flattened bread.
Cover with guacamole. Wrap the slices of bread on their own and keep them in a cool food film until they are tasted.
